it doesn't have to be 'now'

so this might be what i've (or we've) just learned.

we want things. we want shortcuts. but God wants us to take the long, uneasy road to get there. so that we can be stronger and wiser. and maybe that's the point. all we can do is having faith. show how much we need it, show more efforts, and show our persistence. because when we get there, it will be such a greater reward for us.
